Patrick Harrison is a trained, experienced pianist who has been playing the piano for almost 20 years, he enjoys teaching keen young students and adult learners. Patrick also teaches Guitar and is presently learning the Saxophone for enjoyment and to assist his gig work.
After completing his Diploma of Music Performance at the Central Coast Conservatorium, he went on to study a Bachelor of Music Performance at Excelsia College, where he focused on Classical, Jazz, Blues and Contemporary piano.
Since graduating from university, Patrick has worked as a music tutor , a performer at weddings and community events, including corporate covers gigs.
Patrick has also been associated with a number of exciting original projects recently that have focused on RnB, Blues, Lo-fi, Rock and Jazz Fusion.
These projects have included writing sessions, studio recording time and live performances around the state.
Since taking on his first student at the age of 14, Patrick has continued to teach for the last 14 years at both primary and secondary schools, as well as a number of music schools.
Outside of the busy life as a professional musician, Patrick enjoys composition, photography, acting, directing, reading, and comedy.
